Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Lincoln, NH

Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $28.97 p/h

About the Role

Hubbell is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This position is ideal for candidates with industrial maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance experience.

You'll work on equipment such as motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, production machinery, and facility infrastructure to help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery

  • Perform preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems

  • Replace worn or defective machine components

  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and general facility maintenance

  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine shop tools

  • Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation

  • Order replacement parts and support maintenance projects

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience repairing machinery and production equipment

  • Basic electrical knowledge

  • Experience with pneumatic systems

  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly

  • Push up to 75 pounds when needed

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work around machinery

  • Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required

  • Long sleeves required while working

Pay Details: $28.97 per hour
