Position Overview

FPA is currently hiring Event Staff Members to support promotional campaigns, retail events, and customer engagement initiatives across Arizona.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in energetic environments, and are interested in developing skills in event marketing, sales, customer relations, and business operations.

No previous experience is required. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent FPA and our partner brands at promotional events, retail locations, and community marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with potential customers and provide information about products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and daily operations.
  • Deliver positive customer experiences through professional and engaging interactions.
  • Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve event and campaign goals.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all events.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
