Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our Medical Director
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our therapy team and Medical Director
Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
