At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done. As a Building Leadman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to help lead crews, build quality projects, and develop the next generation of skilled builders.

What You'll Do:
- Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects
- Assist with daily planning, coordination, and jobsite organization
- Train, mentor, and support crew members
- Read blueprints and help ensure projects are built correctly and efficiently
- Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
- Help manage materials, tools, and equipment
- Step up and lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable
- Solve problems and keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license required
