The ideal candidate works well with a small team, communicates clearly, and can follow instructions while using good judgment to complete tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive, count, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Pick, prepare, and verify orders for full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
- Process returns and replacement-part requests, including unpacking products, identifying parts, inspecting condition, and documenting findings.
- Take clear product photos, upload them to documents, and accurately record whether merchandise is suitable for resale according to customer guidelines.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipment issues to management.
- Assist with product assembly and minor warehouse maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment.
- Experience safely operating a forklift and reach truck.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong follow-through.
- Attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Basic phone and computer skills for entering information, uploading photos, and updating documents.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools preferred.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
Hours may fluctuate initially. This position will ideally be going roughly 10:30-6, M-F with the flexibility to stay later if needed.
