Per Diem RN ( Ned/Surg)- Pediatrics
cTrace Solutions is seeking a PRN in Portland , OR. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus.
Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: $70 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule:
8 AM- 2 PM
7 AM- 7:30 PM
7 PM- 7:30 AM
Duration: Per Diem
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents, in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients’ families on treatment plans, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and promote patient safety and infection control.
Requirements
- Oregon State RN License
- CPR/BLS
- PALs
