Job Title: Sr. Inventory Specialist
Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Contract: 12 months (possibility of permanent hire)
Pay Rate: $36–$38/hr on W2
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor 3PL operations, stock levels, and high-value inventory.
- Maintain records, perform cycle counts, and support inventory audits.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and purchase order issues.
- Prepare inventory reports and track KPIs.
- Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Train staff and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of warehouse receiving and inventory experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other WMS.
- Forklift certification and inventory control skills.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO knowledge preferred.
- Electronics manufacturing, distribution, or 3PL experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent logistics experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
