Texan Roots Insurance, a Farmers Agency, is seeking a Texas Life-licensed professional who enjoys helping people make thoughtful protection decisions. This is an opportunity to join the Associate Producer path at a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency that values clear guidance, meaningful conversations, and relationships that last beyond one transaction.
You will work alongside an owner with deep experience in sales leadership, coaching, and customer relationships, including ten+ years as a financial planner. We bring that same discipline to how we prepare people, support customers, and follow through on the details.
Where this can lead: Associate Producers build the skills, production habits, and dual-licensing foundation needed to choose whether to pursue Senior Producer promotion. The Senior Producer role is the long-term producer path and includes the renewal-participation opportunity under its current plan and eligibility terms.

In this role, you will:
•Build respectful, needs-based Life insurance conversations within your current authority.
•Develop strong follow-up, documentation, and customer-service habits.
•Partner with the team to identify meaningful protection needs across customer relationships.
•Take part in weekly coaching, role-play, and a practical first-90-day growth plan.
