Precision Mold CNC Programmer–Machinist A day in this role
You start by reviewing the tool room schedule and CAD models, then set up your next operationdialing in workholding, selecting cutters, and posting clean G-code from Mastercam. As parts run, you verify critical features with micrometers, bore and indicator gages, and refine cycle times. When a production tool needs a quick repair, you pivot, collaborate with Toolmakers and Engineers, and machine the replacement component to speckeeping quality, delivery, and safety front and center.
