## Responsibilities
Perform welding setups for production, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate fabrication.
Fit and assemble metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
QualificationsProven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role.
Strong understanding of GD&T principles and practices.
Proficient in various welding techniques and setups.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
