Direct Support Professional (Community Engagement DSP) | Monday–Friday | Part-Time Opportunities | Immediate Hiring

What You'll Do:

• Supporting individuals during community outings and activities
• Encouraging independence and personal growth
• Assisting with daily goals and skill development
• Promoting social engagement and community inclusion
• Documenting activities and progress accurately
• Providing safe, respectful, and person-centered support

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (no weekends)
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Work between 3–5 days per week

Direct Support Professional (DSP) | Residential Services | Part-Time | Immediate Hiring

What You'll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives by providing support with daily living activities, community involvement, personal growth, and recreational opportunities. You will become an important part of a team that empowers individuals to reach their goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Part-Time:

• Part-Time
• 3 to 4 Days per Week
• Weekday Shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• DSP applicants for Residential Servicesmust be available to work some weekend shifts and some holidays.

Minimum Qualifications for both positions:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• Your own reliable transportation
• Must reside on the Hampton Roads peninsula
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
