Qualifications/Requirements:
- Basic level of welding experience, training, or formal education.
- Training in Basic TIG Welding.
- Ability to grind and shape welds as needed.
- Proficiency in using hand tools as required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attendance and reliability
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across the departments
