JBX Express Logistics LLC is hiring dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages.

No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Full-Time Schedule: Typically 4 days per week, with shifts up to 10 hours
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), based on business needs
- Flexible Scheduling: Work schedules may vary based on operational needs
- Breaks: Two paid 15-minute rest breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break during qualifying shifts
- Paid Training: Training and necessary equipment provided

Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Deliver Amazon packages accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
- Load, organize, transport, and unload packages.
- Use a company-provided smartphone or handheld device for GPS navigation, package scanning, and delivery instructions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management throughout your shift.
- Follow assigned routes, delivery procedures, and company policies.
- Assist other drivers with deliveries when operationally necessary.
- Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliable communication.
- Work independently while contributing to overall team performance.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:
- Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
- Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and move packages for extended periods.
- Perform deliveries in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work pace throughout the shift.
- Complete assigned deliveries while following required safety procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully complete required background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Successfully complete a required four-panel drug screening.
- Be able to understand and follow safety instructions, delivery procedures, and customer directions.
- Demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Be dependable, punctual, and available for assigned shifts, including required weekend availability.
Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants with experience in delivery driving, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, military service, or other physically demanding positions are encouraged to apply.

Hiring Process
Our hiring and onboarding process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on background checks, drug screening, training availability, and other onboarding requirements. Applicants with out-of-state driver's licenses may experience additional processing time.
