As a Salad Cook at Pasta Express, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy fresh and beautifully prepared dishes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling salads and other fresh menu items with precision and care.
• Assisting with line cooking and food prep as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in an open kitchen environment.
• Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

We’re searching for a candidate who brings experience, dedication, and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what we need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook, with a focus on food prep and salads.
• A solid understanding of food service, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment.
