Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health professionals supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). Ideal candidates would live in Central Time Zone to support recruiting efforts as needed on both the East Coast and West Coast.

• PMHNP

• LCSW

• LPC

• LMFT

• LMHC

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (LCP)

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for in-person behavioral health providers

• Build and manage pipelines in competitive markets

• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning

• Manage offer negotiation, compliance, and licensure alignment

• Track and improve time-to-fill and conversion metrics

About You

• 3+ years healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience

• Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians

• Experience staffing SNF, ALF, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred

• Strong sourcing and closing skills
