Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join the logistics team of one of our elite clients. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a critical role in our fulfillment process by pre-sorting batches and ensuring drivers are dispatched accurately and securely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, utilizes warehouse technology efficiently, and maintains a strong commitment to safety and organization.
Core Responsibilities
Sorting & Dispatch Support
Pre-sort product batches to streamline the fulfillment and distribution pipeline.
Assist with dispatching drivers by securely checking identification at the facility doors.
Retrieve and organize packages for assigned drivers to ensure timely departures.
Inventory & Fulfillment Operations
Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products with a high level of accuracy.
Use RF scanners to perform real-time inventory updates and complete order transactions.
Maintain inventory accuracy through meticulous tracking and proper product placement.
Safety & Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Follow all company policies and safety requirements to prevent accidents and damage.
Report any inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to management immediately.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role.
Experience operating RF scanners and basic warehouse management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
COMPENSATION: $18
