Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Automotive Sales Advisor to assist with daily shop operations, customer service, and automotive maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to balance sales responsibilities with hands-on automotive services.

Primary Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited to):
- Recommend and sell necessary automotive services and repairs.
- Build Accurate estimates and quotes for parts and labor.
- Process customer payments and complete transactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and completion times.
- Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, and other routine maintenance services.
- Conduct state vehicle inspections when properly licensed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist technicians and management with daily shop operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Previous automotive experience REQUIRED.
- Valid Texas State Vehicle Inspector License is a significant plus.
