Serving in a pivotal capacity, the Med Spa Manager / Injector will actively guide our aesthetic evolution. This dynamic dual-responsibility path suits a passionate practitioner dedicated to mentoring clinical colleagues, cultivating robust client relationships, and driving team-wide expansion alongside brand momentum.
Position Overview:
This exciting role combines leadership and managerial responsibilities while still servicing guests part-time. This is the ideal role for an experienced Injector who is ready for more, but still enjoys being in the treatment room with their guests part time. The Med Spa Manager will oversee and develop the current Injector team of twelve (and growing), and ensure they are equipped with the latest techniques, products, and industry knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Help build a world-class Injector team by taking the lead in interviewing top talent and training new Injectors, with a focus on Hiatus’s points of difference, treatment plans, product knowledge, memberships, and creating an elevated, exceptional guest experience.
Provide ongoing team development by coaching them in building their business, designing treatment plans, offering the membership, and enhancing their services.
Identify continued education opportunities, with an emphasis on developing innovative treatments and services tailored to guests needs.
Be a champion for continuously updating protocols, education manuals, and monitoring new trends, products, and techniques to keep the team at the forefront of the Med Spa industry.
Lead and oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations for all locations.
Build relations and partner with vendors to maximize their offerings including trainings, events, product knowledge and ongoing support.
Promote a culture of excellence and professionalism among the team.
Collaborate with the Spa Management team to create a welcoming, positive, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
LicensedRegistered Nurse, RN or Nurse Practitioner, NP with significant experience.
Time in leadership or management, with proven experience inteaching, developing, and mentoring team members.
Self-motivated leader demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to “think outside the box”.
Proficient in using different software platforms for schedule management and reporting, with
Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail and operational efficiency.
