Job description: RN (Licensed Registered Nurse)
Part-Time We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of physicians and nurse practioners.
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIUM OB/GYN EXP. IN THE OFFICE SETTING. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and assist with medication management
- Prepare patients for examinations by physicians and generate lab slips for physicians as needed. Clean, stock and maintain exam rooms as needed.
-Records patient care data including detailed history and medical records in EMR
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist physician with procedures
-Resource for Medical Assistant, other nonclinical office staff for clinical questions.
-Work with Medical Assistant, to treat and nurture patients in a safe and clean manner.
-Maintain follow-up of medical data such as mammograms, pap smears, dexa scans and other vital clinical information as needed.
- Create and maintain and follow-up to-do lists for clinical care
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy in patient care
-direct interaction with patients including adolescents, adults, pregnant and elderly women.
- level of curiosity to continue learning and advancement of knowledge to stay current.

Experience:
- Valid RN license in New York
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in Women's health, OBGYN, minimum of 2 years.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care in a safe and calm manner
