Abel Personnel is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, onsite call center position in Harrisburg, PA.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with account information, payments, and general inquiries in a structured, team-oriented call center environment.
Throughout your day, you'll handle a variety of inbound customer service callssome involving quick account questions and others requiring more detailed research and problem-solving. You'll use multiple computer systems to assist customers, maintain accurate records, and deliver professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer service calls and assisting with account inquiries
- Responding to questions regarding customer accounts, balances, billing, and payments
- Researching account information and resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Processing account updates and maintaining accurate customer records through data entry
- Navigating multiple computer systems while documenting interactions in real time
- Handling challenging customer conversations with patience and a solutions-focused approach
- Following established procedures while maintaining accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer proficiency, including accurate data entry, documentation, and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to dependable attendance, punctuality, and consistent job performance
- Professional, patient, and courteous approach to customer interactions
- Ability to work full-time, onsite in Harrisburg, PA
Additional Requirements:Successful completion of applicable background screening, drug screening, and employment reference checks.
