Pool Cleaner

• The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. This job is all about consistency. Showing up everyday and performing your job even on days you don't feel 100%. This attitude is rewarded with our base pay / weekly bonus structure.
• Responsibilities:
• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• The ability to operate a smart phone to utilize our route management app.
• The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Requirements:

Requirements for this position are that you have:

(1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

No other specific experience is required as we will teach you our procedures/ methods that are designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential

Benefits:

A base pay starting at $18 per hour during the probation period. Once you are trained and have met the requirements you are eligibly for our weekly bonus program plus sick days/ paid vacation time.

A company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals. You will receive paid sick and vacation time following a qualifying period.
