At Joy Pediatric, we specialize in providing compassionate, in-home care for children with special needs through the GAPP program under GA Medicaid. Serving Rome/Floyd County and the seven surrounding counties, we offer skilled nursing and personal support services to children aged 0-22 years. We’re growing our team and looking for an energetic, caring CNA/PCA to join us in making a difference in the lives of these children and their families.

As a CNA/PCA with Joy Pediatric, you’ll play a vital role in providing personalized care to children with special needs in their homes. This part-time position involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of the children, and supporting their unique needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive hands-on training and a skills assessment to help you succeed in your role.

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• A caring, energetic, and patient demeanor.
• Experience with special needs or pediatric care (preferred but not required).

While this is currently a part-time position, there is potential for it to grow into a fuller-time role in the future. You’ll receive extensive hands-on training and support to ensure you’re confident and effective in your role.
