IMKO is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to fill Packaging Associate positions for a manufacturing facility in Jefferson City, MO.
Schedule:
-Rotating 12-hour shifts
-Day Shift: 6 am - 6 pm
-Night Shift: 6 pm - 6am
Pay: $20 per hour
Qualifications:
-At least 6 months of consistent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
-Strong Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active throughout a 12-hour shift.
-Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test and 7-year background check.
Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
-Perform regular quality checks on product weight and appearance.
-Adjust controls as needed to keep production within set standards.
-Identify and clear minor equipment issues or product jams.
-Complete necessary documentation and line reporting.
-Retrieve and load packaging materials as required.
-Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
