About the Role: CWS Rigging Services LLC is looking for a motivated Rigger/Helper to join our crew in Henderson, CO! This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced rigging professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:- Assist with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials on job sites
- Attach loads to rigging equipment including slings, chains, hooks, and shackles
- Signal and communicate with crane operators and equipment operators during lifts
- Inspect rigging hardware and equipment for wear, damage, or defects before use
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store rigging gear
Requirements:- Prior experience in rigging, construction, or heavy labor preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- OSHA 10 or rigging certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license
