General Production Worker

Join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility producing medical-grade plastic bottles. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, package finished products, and help maintain product quality and production goals.

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Load raw materials and ensure correct product setup.
• Perform and document routine quality inspections.
• Identify and remove defective products.
• Package and palletize finished products according to customer requirements.
• Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Steel-toed or composite-toed shoes required.

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Paid breaks and lunch when remaining onsite

Clean, safety-focused manufacturing facility producing lightweight medical bottles. Employees work around automated production equipment in a temperature-controlled environment and must follow GMP requirements, including wearing required PPE and safety footwear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
