Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our Wakefield, MA distribution center. We distribute automotive parts, including brakes, brake pads, rotors, drums, and other small car parts. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory.
• Prepare automotive parts for shipment.
• Move, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping goals.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
