Job Description
Experts Underground Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborers and Drivers to assist with underground utility construction projects, including sewer rehabilitation, waterline replacement, water and sewer repairs, and other municipal utility work.
The ideal candidate will assist field crews with daily construction activities, transport materials and equipment as needed, and follow all company safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sewer rehabilitation and waterline replacement projects.
- Help install, repair, and maintain underground water and sewer lines.
- Assist equipment operators and pipe crews with excavation, backfilling, and site preparation.
- Drive company vehicles to transport employees, tools, materials, and equipment as assigned.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with pipe installation, fittings, and other underground utility work.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Previous construction or underground utility experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew.
- Willingness to learn and follow job site safety requirements.
Work Schedule
Full-time position. Work hours and job locations may vary depending on project requirements. Overtime may be required as needed.
Compensation
- $16-$18 per hour for laborers. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
- $18 per hour for Drivers
