Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, compressors, machinery, and facilities. This role requires previous experience in facilities or industrial maintenance, with opportunities to advance into electrical maintenance and eventually become a full technician.

• Conduct mechanical repairs on various equipment including conveyors, pumps, and compressors.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and facilities operate efficiently.
• Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to complete maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Engage in facilities work as required.

• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of electrical maintenance.

• Experience with CNC repair is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
