Packaging Line Worker

This role supports a fast-paced production facility by assisting on the packaging line with packaging, labeling, and loading finished products. You will contribute to quality checks and perform a variety of related production and material handling tasks to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment.

• Operate and support the packaging line in a fast-paced production environment.
• Package products according to established standards and procedures.
• Label finished products accurately and ensure all required information appears correctly.
• Load finished products onto pallets, carts, or designated areas for storage or shipment.
• Assist with basic quality checks to confirm products meet specifications and packaging is correct.
• Perform general production and assembly tasks as needed to support overall workflow.
• Assist with material handling activities, including moving materials and products within the facility.
• Support warehouse-related tasks such as loading and unloading materials when needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance, reliability, and flexibility to meet production demands.

• Previous industrial work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Good job tenure, showing stability and commitment in prior roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.
• Strong availability, reliability, and flexibility to support different shifts and production needs.

• Production or assembly work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Experience with material handling tasks.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with loading and unloading materials or products.
• Willingness to work additional hours when needed to support production demands.

The role is based in a semi climate-controlled production facility, providing a more comfortable environment than many traditional industrial settings. Work is organized in three Monday through Friday shifts: first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and third shift from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Occasional Saturday work is usually voluntary, offering additional flexibility. The position involves working around production equipment, packaging lines, and warehouse areas, with regular material handling and loading/unloading activities.

This is a Contract position based out of Okarche, OK.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
