Maintenance Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Maintenance Manager, leading a team of 4-6 technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll drive maintenance strategy, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and safety compliance while partnering with executive leadership to support operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and reliability programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Communicate maintenance priorities and challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on maintenance initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Leadership experience in managing maintenance technicians within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Previous experience in maintenance and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in improving equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with significant equipment utilization.
• Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
• Experience in leading capital improvement or facility upgrade projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cranford, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
