Maintenance Workers

Pay listed: $18.00 per hour
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of residential facilities.
- Clean and disinfect residents’ bedrooms daily.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Sweep, mop, wax, and maintain floors.
- Vacuum and maintain furniture and wood surfaces.
- Remove trash and garbage from buildings.
- Paint rooms as needed.
- Check water temperatures daily.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
