Hotel Manager

GF Hotels and Resorts is hiring in Rochester, NY. Join our team at the Marriott Rochester Airport as our Hotel Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of our airport hotel. The Hotel Manager leads daily property functions across rooms, food and beverage, engineering, and housekeeping. This executive role drives profitability, maintains brand service standards, manages budgets, oversees department heads, and ensures high guest satisfaction under the General Manager.

$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Department Oversight: Manage front office, housekeeping, culinary, food and beverage, engineering, and security teams.

• Financial & Revenue Management: Monitor P&L performance, labor controls, budgets, RevPAR, and operational spending.

• Guest Experience: Track review scores, handle escalations, and maintain brand quality benchmarks.

• Leadership & Personnel: Hire, train, mentor department heads, and conduct performance reviews.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 4 to 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.

• Skills: Strong financial acumen, operational multi-department knowledge, leadership, and crisis management.
