We are seeking a Stylist to provide full-service salon care for a general clientele, with a focus on men's hair, cutting and styling, and color services. Reporting to the Salon Manager, this role offers professional growth through mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend suitable services.
- Perform men's hair cutting and styling services.
- Provide color services tailored to client needs.
- Deliver full-service salon care, including blow-drying and styling techniques.
- Recommend appropriate hair-care products.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Stay informed about current styles and trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of hairstyling experience.
- Completion of a cosmetology program.
- State cosmetology or hairstyling license.
- Skills in hair cutting, hair coloring, blow-drying, and styling techniques.
- Knowledge of hair-care products.
- Strong client consultation and customer service skills.
- Awareness of current hairstyling trends.
