Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care, and we’re looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients.

As a Bilingual Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your day-to-day will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records. You’ll also assist with coordinating communication between our medical staff and families, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Your bilingual skills will play a vital role in helping us serve a diverse community and ensure clear communication with all families.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in both English and another language (Spanish preferred).
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
