• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business

• Consistently prospect, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners

• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings

• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing

• Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability

• Execute a business plan designed to significantly increase your production

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Great communication and social skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

• Active Utah real estate licensees

• Experience is preferred but not required

• A strong desire to double or triple your production

• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
