General Laborer

Join our team as a Laborer where you will play a crucial role in preparing materials for priming and painting. You will be trained on all aspects of the job, including the use of forklifts and cranes to move materials, as well as loading and unloading trucks for shipments.

• Prepare materials for priming and painting.
• Utilize forklifts and cranes to move materials into the shop.
• Load and unload trucks for shipments in and out of the shop.
• Stage products to be ready for shipment.

• General production knowledge.
• Experience with forklifts.
• Paint preparation skills.
• Materials handling expertise.

• Ability to package, inspect, and assemble products.
• Proficiency in staging products for shipments.

Work in a small job shop environment where teamwork is essential. With around 10 employees, everyone helps out in the shop. The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knapp, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
