Direct Support Professionals – Concordia, Kansas
Make a real difference in people's lives and do it on a schedule that works for you. We're growing our team in Concordia and looking for caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals to join us.
Shifts available:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Overnights
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with people to support daily living and community participation
- Encourage skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and inclusion
- Provide support with routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence
- Create opportunities for people to thrive at home, at work, and in their community

What We’re Looking For:
- Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
- Caregiving experience is helpful, but not requiredwe provide training!
- Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a proven work history
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
- Must be available to work various shifts
- Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
- One year working in the field of human services preferred
