Duties

- Assist customers in selecting furniture items, providing detailed product information, and answering questions about materials, dimensions, and care.
- Maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Engage in upselling techniques by recommending complementary products or higher-value items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining arranged displays and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail furniture sales
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Demonstrated skills in communication, active listening, and customer engagement are critical.
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills are necessary for success.
