Production Technician

Transducers Direct is seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to assemble, test, calibrate, and inspect precision pressure transducers and related sensing products. The ideal candidate has strong electromechanical assembly experience, reliable soldering skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow written work instructions. Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience reading assembly drawings and schematics is preferred, and familiarity with sensors, controls, or related electronic devices is a plus.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of electromechanical, precision mechanical, or electronics assembly experience.
• Proficiency with fine-wire, PCB, and component-level soldering.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small, sensitive components.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience performing product testing, inspection, calibration, and quality checks.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Strong preference will be given for candidates with hands-on fine-wire or PCB soldering experience. Certification or familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 soldering standards a strong plus.
