About the Opportunity

Alpha Business Concepts is growing, and we're looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our sales team!

We specialize in customer acquisition, sales, and brand representation. Our team works directly with customers to introduce services, answer questions, and provide solutions based on their individual needs.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a strong work ethic, and are excited about developing new skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Present service options and communicate their benefits clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
