A Team Roofers is growing its Dickson office and looking for a few driven people ready to build their own book of business as a Project Manager running roofing projects from first initial acquisition to final paycheck, backed by the A-Team name, systems, and support.

A Team Roofers serves homeowners across Tennessee, and we're currently building out our Dickson office as we expand in the market. We're a small, hands-on team right now which means the people who join early have real room to grow into leadership as the office scales.

About the Role

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity not a typical job. We tell every candidate this upfront because it matters: your first year is the hardest one. You're building your name in the market and your own base of customers from scratch. Leads are provided, but do not substitute for self generated customers. PMs who put in the work that first year are averaging a minimum of $100K+ once established, and how fast you get there is directly tied to how much you invest early on. If freedom and uncapped upside sound exciting rather than risky, this is built for you.

What You'll Own

• Prospecting and closing your own leads
• Inspecting roofs and determining repair vs. full replacement
• Handling insurance claims when a job calls for it
• Writing your own estimates and scopes of work
• Coordinating subcontractors and customers to schedule and complete the work
• Collecting payment and closing out each job
• Honoring warranty calls for your own customers

What We're Looking For

Required

• Self-motivated and organized you set your own schedule and follow through without the need for oversight
• Comfortable with commission-only pay and building income over time
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Entrepreneurial mindset you want to build something, not just fill a seat

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in roofing, construction, sales, or home services (roofing, HVAC, windows, etc.)
• Existing local network or referral base in the Dickson/ Greater Nashville area
• Full-Time commitment

Compensation

100% commission (more details upon meeting), 1099 independent contractor. Most PMs who complete their first year go on to average $100K+ annually, with real first year income ranging from ~$75,000 to $450,000+. First-year earnings are directly tied to the time and effort you put into building your book of business. (further details on pay structure upon interview.)
