Service Advisor Needed! ??

As the primary point of contact for our service customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained while delivering a world-class experience.
No automotive experience? No problem! We provide full training to teach you everything you need to know to succeed and grow in this high-demand role.

What You Will Do:
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Advise customers on necessary automotive repairs and routine maintenance schedules based on Volkswagen guidelines.
- Write clear, accurate repair orders and communicate effectively with our service technicians.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day via phone, text, or email.
- Review service invoices with customers, explaining the work performed and the associated costs in a clear, transparent manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction scores.
What We Are Looking For:
- No prior Service Advisor experience required we will train the right person! (Previous background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency to use our dealership software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, insurable driving history.
