Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with insurance questions.
Explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.
Contact potential customers and follow up on sales leads.
Enter customer information and maintain accurate records.
Use computer systems to process information and manage accounts.
Provide professional customer service and help meet sales goals.
Requirements
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
Professional, dependable, and organized.
Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing sales opportunities.
Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus.
