Set to open its doors in Spring 2027, The Cape Beach & Racket Club will redefine the private members club experience on Key Biscayne, Miami a barrier island of rare beauty, just ten minutes from the city yet entirely apart from it. Paris Society is currently undertaking the development of this extraordinary destinationa stand-alone private members club offering an unparalleled collection of experiences across dining, sports, wellness, and social life. Members will have access to the club's signature restaurant brands: a French coastal restaurant and acontemporary Japanese dining destination; Pool & Beach; a nine-court Racket Club; a Fitness & Wellness Centre; Kids Club and cafes. As we build the team that will bring this vision to life, we are seeking exceptional hospitality professionals who share our commitment to excellence, discretion, and the art of genuine hospitality.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the pre-opening team of our newest destination in Key Biscayne.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing the brand to life and establishing a compelling presence in one of South Florida's most exciting new hospitality destinations. Reporting to the Managing Director, with a dotted-line relationship to corporate marketing leadership, this role will lead the development and execution of all marketing initiatives across brand positioning, member acquisition, events, partnerships, content, social media, and local engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the launch strategy, drive awareness, and create meaningful connections with guests, members, and the local community from day one.

What you'll do...

• Develop and execute the property's pre-opening and ongoing marketing strategy.
• Build brand awareness and excitement ahead of launch through innovative campaigns, partnerships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to bring the guest and member experience to life through impactful storytelling and activations.
• Oversee content creation across digital, social media, email marketing, and promotional channels.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and creative vendors.
• Support the development and execution of member acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Drive local public relations opportunities and strategic brand partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining the distinctive Paris Society identity.

What we're looking for...

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, restaurants, private members clubs, hotels, nightlife, or related industries.
• Previous pre-opening or new concept launch experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content development, and partnership marketing.
• Experience working with agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance both strategy and execution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for luxury hospitality, culture, food & beverage, and experiential marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
