Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role combines forklift operation, order picking, material handling, and shipping support to keep products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse. If you have warehouse experience, enjoy staying active, and are comfortable working at heights, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and verify customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Retrieve and store inventory in warehouse racking up to 40 feet high
• Pack, label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations as needed
• Handle wire, spools, and other warehouse materials safely
• Utilize hand and power tools for product preparation and warehouse tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• At least 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Experience with order picking, packing, and material handling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating order pickers or other powered industrial equipment
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory experience
• Experience handling wire, cable, spools, or similar materials
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution environments
• Previous experience using hand and power tools

Work Environment

This position is based in a large, active warehouse where teamwork and safety are top priorities. Employees regularly operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers, work with RF scanners, handle inventory, and move throughout warehouse aisles and racking systems. The role is physically active and requires standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights throughout the shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kimberly, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
