Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation
- Prepare and cook menu items on grill and fry stations according to burgerchan recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and quality
- Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Restock stations and assist with kitchen prep as needed
- Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Support a positive and efficient workflow in a busy kitchen environment
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen staff experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced or full-service restaurant
- Ability to work grill and fry stations efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Schedule
Part-time position. Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
