Housekeeper

Position: Housekeeping Staff

Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday

Shift: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Job Summary:

At Dimensions Living Monroe, we're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our senior living community. Responsibilities:

• Keep it Clean & Cozy:

  • Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces

  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment

  • Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing

  • Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized

• Support Resident Well-Being:

  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life

  • Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction

  • Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards you notice during your rounds

• Be a Team Player:

  • Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs

  • Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand

  • Treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols

• Positive attitude and excellent time management skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely

• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire
