CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:
- 2-3 + Years of CNC Set Up or Programming experience required
- HAAS CNC Mill experience (VF2, VF-4, Etc) required
- Programming or MasterCAM experience preferred
- Experience Machining Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, or Plastics on Multi Axis Mills preferred
- Job Shop, Prototype/Short-Run Production, or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
CNC Programmer / Machinist Benefits:

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:
- This role involves programming, setting up, and operating Haas CNC milling machines to manufacture precision machined components
- Responsibilities include creating and editing CNC programs using Mastercam, performing machine setups, selecting tooling and workholding, etc.
- Additional duties include reading blueprints and GD&T, making machine adjustments, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting machining and programming issues
- Work primarily includes prototype, short-run, and production machining of aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, plastics, and other precision components using 3- and 4-axis Haas CNC mills in a custom job shop facility
