Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Clerk to assist with daily shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and reviewing bills of lading (BOLs), maintaining accurate shipping documentation, and supporting the smooth movement of outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process bills of lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents.
• Verify shipment information, including quantities, destinations, and carrier details.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and carriers regarding shipments.
• Assist with data entry and general administrative duties related to logistics.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or documentation errors.
• Ensure shipping paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or a clerical role preferred.
• Experience preparing and processing bills of lading (BOLs) strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with warehouse staff, drivers, and other team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
• Location: Baytown, Texas.
• Employment: Part-time.
