IT Support Technician- Bozeman

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician for our One Health team in the Bozeman/Livingston/Belgrade area!

Location: Bozeman, MT

Schedule:Full-Time, 4 days/week, 10 hrs/day
Pay:$22.88- $24.41/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll make sure our staff have the tech tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and support technology across several One Health sites. This person would travel between the three clinics in Bozeman, Belgrade and Livingston, and any of our other sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoothardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running efficiently
• Installand set up workstations, hardware, software, and user accounts
• Trainemployees on technology use and provide on-demand support when needed
• Maintainaccurate inventories of equipment, software, and technology resources
• Monitorsystem performance, security, and accessibility across sites
• Recommendtechnology improvements, upgrades, and solutions

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience

Preferred

• Associate degree in IT, business, or related field
• 1–3 years of IT support experience (or combined education/experience)
